Preserving your favorite memories.
That’s what I’m all about.
I wanted the logo of Bethany Opp Photography to convey the warmth, fun, and memories shared within my sessions. And thanks to my friend Corey Muilenberg – I have a new logo that completely encompasses it! So here’s the big reveal that you’ll see me start flashing all over the place! 🙂
Thank you, Corey! I LOVE it!
I’ve had the privilege of knowing Kate and Wes through my church where they both actively serve our congregation. I was SO excited when Kate contacted me for their photo session because I know that between that and raising three kids, it can be so hard to find time to do something like this. I am so honored to be the one to preserve the memory of their family during this season of their life! Kate and Wes are two of the sweetest and down-to-earth people you will ever meet. Kate was one of the first people I really got to know after moving to Arkansas and joining our church and I have been so encouraged by her honesty, selflessness, and joy for serving people. Thank you both for your service to all those around you and for choosing me.
Planning a wedding is a huge event. If you’re like me, you were dreaming about it your whole life (and it’s really just the beginning!). And as we all know, there are usually enough details to keep the planning going for a few months. But, as a photographer, I wanted to take a moment to help you get the best out of your wedding photography experience by giving some insight into some important concerns for your photographer. Part of an online forum of over 29k members, I surveyed these fellow photographers in asking them…
What is something you wish your brides would tell you before the wedding day that you might not explicitly ask them about in a consultation… r random things you now ask that maybe aren’t as traditionally questioned but just as necessary?
So, I give you their (and my) answers.

Over the last couple of years, I have had the pleasure of getting to know Danae through college which she attended with my husband, Mark. Danae is one of those people that seems to just get it. She’s down to earth, determined, and always brings your focus back to what’s really important – the Lord. Within our group of Dordt College alumni, I’ve been able to travel with her to Omaha, South Dakota, Colorado and a ton of other fun spots where our group of forever young college graduates spent our time laughing and blessing one another. I’ve also had the joy of getting to know her now-husband, Alonzo, who I’d also met through some of the same mutual friends. He’s a fun guy with a great heart and is incredibly easy to talk to. The two of these wonderful people have so much promising future service for God – I am so excited to see where he takes them and what future travels we all get to share again!
I had the pleasure of meeting this family while they were visiting from out of state. They were referred to me by one of my client’s and I couldn’t be more grateful! The shoot was great, the lighting turned out better than I imagined, and the images tell it all. This family is so sweet and I’m so glad they took time out of their vacation to meet with me! Safe travels, guys!
